Larissa

As the Head of Concepts at Rostudios, Larissa’s day is spent growing the Rocycle and Roform teams and researching what will take our classes to the next level. Larissa is passionate about everything to do with social fitness, designing spaces for the Rostudios community to feel welcome and at home. For Larissa, being in studio is what brings all of the work together. The long days working in the background are all worth it when the energy of the room hits. For Larissa, movement is a source of joy. Her classes focus on bringing the mind home to the body, letting go of the noise of the day and enjoying how it feels to be in our skin.
