Like many of our instructors, she began her journey at Rostudios as a Studio Assistant, but after a few years, she took the plunge and decided to go all in. Now, she loves nothing more than getting her gliders in the zone. Music sets the tone, the pace, the emotion for Lu; she knows it can completely change how you move and how you connect.
