Classes & Experience

What classes do you offer?

We offer three class types:

  • Ro’ride - our signature 45-minute class. Expect high-energy intervals combining HIIT with core and upper body work. All driven by music and rhythm. Every class includes dumbbells.

  • Royal - the extended Ro’ride. 60 minutes, all the way. For those who want more, and don’t hold back.

  • Roasted - consider this your warning. 90 minutes. No breaks. No shortcuts. Just sustained intensity from start to finish.

About Roform

What is Roform?

Bring your mind home to your body. Roform is a Pilates-inspired, full-body strength workout on custom reformer machines - where control, tempo, power, and precision lead the way. Guided by breathwork, each movement keeps you grounded, present, and deeply connected. In 50 minutes, you build strength, improve posture, and increase mobility - while working every muscle through slow, focused flow. Each class has its focus, but the result is always full-body. More than a workout, it’s a reset - for your body and your mind.

How is it different from traditional reformer pilates?

Classes & Experience

Class types

We offer two class types:

  • Roform - our signature high-intensity reformer workout.

  • Roform Foundations - a more beginner-friendly class focused on building strong fundamentals. Instructors take more time to explain positioning, setup, and technique, with simple but still challenging movements.
