No Obligation to Provide Personal Data
Users may decide at any time whether they wish to provide personal data. However, for the use of some of our products and/or services, it is necessary to provide your personal data to Cycle Concepts Holding. When you are requested to enter your data, Cycle Concepts Holding will indicate which data is "necessary" to use the products and/or services and which data can be provided "optionally."
Processing of Personal Data, Purposes, and Legal Basis
When products or services from Cycle Concepts Holding are utilized, we process our users' personal data. This includes name, address, phone number, and email address. Additionally, financial data such as bank account numbers are processed if a user purchases paid products and/or services, to the extent that this data is required for payment.
If a user orders products and/or services, the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). This data is processed to:

Disclosure to Third Parties
Only persons authorized by Cycle Concepts Holding for data security, processing, or IT maintenance have access to users' personal data. Otherwise, Cycle Concepts Holding will not disclose data to third parties unless required by law, by court order, or in an emergency where disclosure is in the best interest of the user or for the safety of our network.

Cycle Concepts Holding has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss or unlawful processing, including (i) storage in a secure database with password protection, and (ii) processing payments via a secure payment system.
