She first discovered Rocycle as a rider, and after becoming instantly obsessed, she knew she had to become an instructor. Now, she teaches with the perfect combination of joy and intensity. Her classes are tough, but they never feel forced. She helps her riders get lost in the music and push themselves to new heights. Amelie knows which moment needs which beat; music is her primary tool for carving out the ideal atmosphere in the studio.
