Eva

Encouraging, precise, genuinely warm—Eva creates a space where everyone feels challenged, but at their own level. She combines Dutch precision with joyful movement, making sure every class is both technically sound and genuinely enjoyable. You leave stronger and smiling. Music is at the core of Eva’s teaching. She likes upbeat, uplifting tracks that help you push through the toughest moments and stay connected to the work. Though her gliders may disagree, she thinks mermaids are the best move, but she always loves a good solid kneeling crunch too. For a session where form matters and encouragement is endless, book a spot with Eva.
