Franziska is Berlin, born and raised. And, she’s basically an instructor, born and raised. Ever since high school, she’s been teaching—toning, sculpt, cycle—but as soon as she stumbled across Rocycle back in 2021, that was the only way forward. Now, she’s here to share the things she loves most: music, movement, mindfulness and, of course, community. If the playlist is right, Franziska can bring everyone in the room in sync; they know exactly what’s expected of them, and they rock to the beat as one. Her favorite genres?
