Inês

Inês doesn’t sugarcoat it: her classes are killer. But, while we love working up a serious sweat, what makes them really special is how she lightens the load with genuine warmth. Even the toughest set of mermaids feel doable thanks to her encouraging, inspiring attitude. You’ll leave feeling pushed and supported all at once. Music keeps Inês grounded, and she uses her playlist (keep an ear out for a tropical mix or two) to help her gliders tune the world out and take control. So, if you’re ready for 50 minutes of power, and pure joy, book a spot with Inês.
