Karen’s an energy-driven person. Feeding off the community’s vibe—and giving it all back—is how she operates. Her very first days at Rostudios were spent as a Studio Assistant; quite quickly, she fell in love with the classes, and, soon after that, she knew it was the instructor’s life for her. She loves that Rocycle is far more than a workout. When Karen wants to help her riders dig deep and push through, she leans on music. She plays a bit of everything from Techno and Rap to Drill, House and Garage. Plus, a good Pop remix every now and again. Karen’s obsessed with helping her riders tune into their bodies.
