How would we describe Louise? Pure positivity. Our ray of sunshine is not just warm and welcoming—though trust us, she is—she’s also seriously intense. Obsessed with movement for as long as she can remember, she knows how to make you sweat when you’re clipped into that bike. Louise is a firm believer that the best way to motivate riders and carry them through those 45 minutes is an excellent playlist. When she’s teaching, it’s usually House and EDM that makes powerful pyramids go by in a flash.
