Nia

Spain, Portugal, Australia, the Netherlands. And now? Hamburg, Rostudios, home. From the first moment Nia was invited to audition, it felt like fate. She loves what Roform offers as a practice: not just something to do but a deep understanding of what that means for you. Whether it’s the beat or the lyrics, music is what drives Nia’s classes. Techno, R&B and EDM tracks build momentum as you shake your way through sets of grizzly planks and lat pulls. For 50 minutes rooted in knowledge, where you’ll work with your body instead of against it, book a spot with Nia.
