She may be (relatively) new to New York, but our girl Ninna is old hat when it comes to movement. From yoga and dance to her favorite, Roform, she loves bringing mind, body and breath together—with great music for good measure. And when she’s teaching, you can expect no less. Though Ninna understands the power of silence (it’s her most powerful tool when she wants her gliders to really listen to themselves), she likes to keep things fun with a bit of Pop.
