Rens

For as long as he can remember, Rens’s life has revolved around movement. Around people, too. After a traumatizing first ride (picture this: Rens flying off his bike during a stretch of double pace), he dusted himself off and got right back on, ready for more. All that to say that it’s no surprise he found his way to Rocycle—and fell in love. A dancer since he was 14, Rens understands the power of music. He believes the right tracks can motivate people to stay out of their saddles, or regulate their emotions when things get tough. Expect a lotta House and Techno, with a sprinkle of Latin and Brazilian Funk for good measure. It’s all about the mood for Rens, so if you want to have a brilliant time and a brilliant workout, book a bike with him.
