Fire, contained—that's Sandra. After going through postpartum, she stumbled into Rostudios. Immediately, she fell in love with the community. After regaining her confidence through rhythm and movement, she knew she simply had to help others do the same. Music can make or break a class for Sandra. She chooses songs with a purpose; breathwork is super important, so she loves tracks that help her gliders disconnect from the world outside and tap into their bodies.
