Valentina D

Valentina fell in love with indoor cycling in 2022, and it changed her life forever. Now, she brings infectious energy into every session here at the studio: authentic, generous and full of love. Her passion is contagious, so every rider in the room feels like they can—and want to—push themselves like never before. Music is everything for Valentina. She approaches her playlists like a DJ at a party; she wants to hype you up to get you through even the toughest bits of class. Latin Techno and Afro House set the mood when she’s teaching. For a ride that nourishes your body and challenges your mind, book a bike with Valentina.
